This is how we make our Mediterranean wrap dough.
.5 kg Strong flour
.5 kg S.R. Flour
1 x tablespoon salt
1 x tablespoon baking powder
100ml olive oil
approx 3/4 pint of milk
Simply put all in a mixer and wait until it comes together. It should become a smooth but sticky dough.
We then cook this in our cave but you can cook in a frying pan or on a large griddle if you want to have the black marks on.
