Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed field Mushrooms with mozzarella cheese, red onion  and bread crumbs, served with balsamic dressing

Goats Cheese Roasted with olive oil bread crumbs
Goats cheese covered in olive oil bread crumbs and roasted then served with a red onion marmalade

Seasonal Melon with a sorbet V
Melon served with a freshly made  sorbet topped with a fruit puree

Chicken Pate Liver
Chicken liver pate flavored with thyme and basil served with a tomato pickle and fresh bread.



Beef Wellington 
Individual beef Wellington serve in a lattice of puff pastry and served with it own jus and roasted rosemary potatoes and steamed baby vegetables.

Stuffed Ham and Leek Chicken
Chicken breast stuffed with ham and leeks, roasted and served with baby vegetables roasted new potatoes and a herb studded cream sauce.

Goats Cheese and Asparagus Roulade
Rick cream goats cheese and fresh asparagus spears encased in an puff pastry roulade serve with a tomato Napolise sauce and min vegetables and steamed new potatoes.

Roasted Herb Salmon
A fillet of Salmon roasted black pepper, herbs and lemon, served with a spinach risotto mini steamed vegetables and a herb cream sauce.


Creme Brulee
Classic rich cream dessert served with a sugar glazed top and a tuille biscuit.

Chocolate Brownie
Our secret brownie recipe served with a rich caramel sauce and whipped double cream

Marmalade Bread and Butter Pudding
This classic dessert made with a modern twist using a marmalade made from tasty Seville oranges served with double cream

A selection of Cheese’s served with a fresh pickle, and a selection of biscuits


All Wedding Breakfasts require a pre-order 5 day prior to the event and a £10 per person non refundable deposit. Once your event is booked and numbers confirmed by deposit this is the number of people you will be charged fro unless your party numbers increase
