Bank Holiday Monday 5th May 2014 open for fun.

We are open from 2:30pm on Monday 5th May 2014 for the Bank Holiday.

This bank holiday is going to be special as its in aid of Reubens Retreat so we have some extra activities on.

Why not pop down and just buy a cup of tea and a homemade ice cream cone where all the proceeds will be going to Rubens Retreat.

Local Lego Sculptor Paul Mather will be bringing down a 6ft LEGO titanic sculpture for free to support Rubens Retreat for you to view, donations will be very welcome for Rubens Retreat and I am sure Paul would appreciate any spare Lego bricks you have.

Tameside astronomy society will have telescopes on display although you may not see many stars during the day, maybe you will spot a UFO.

The local Scooter group will be popping down late afternoon for those who love the Italian Vespas, obviously they will be in the car park and not the restaurant.

The restaurant will be open as usually and we will also be serving teas, coffees, and cakes in the bar and garden areas.

We will be running raffle all month in aid of Reubens Retreat wil the dran being made at the bank holiday at the end of May.  The first Prize will be a trip in a plane donated by Italian-grill.
